For Businesses

Businesses Supporting Youth Development

Get more people to find you, and pay for a child's schooling while you do it. That is the whole offer. It is a straight trade, not a favor in either direction.

Businesses pay for a real share of what we do. In return you get a public listing, a link, and something specific to say when a customer asks what you support.

Supporter Directory

A moderated listing identifying your business as an official JEPF supporter, with a page and a link.

Sponsorship

Event, program, and community sponsorship for companies that want to fund something larger.

Tax-deductible

JEPF is a registered 501(c)(3), so contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by law.

This is a Supporter Directory, Not a Link Farm

Every business in our nonprofit business directory has applied, been reviewed, and contributed to the foundation. That is the entry requirement, and it is why the listing means something to a customer reading it.

We moderate every submission. A directory that lists anyone who pays is worth nothing to the businesses in it, and worth less than nothing to the nonprofit attached to it.

What a Business Supporter Receives

  • A listing in the public JEPF supporter directory, searchable by category and city.

  • Its own page with your services, service area, contact details, and structured data search engines can read.

  • A link to your website from a 501(c)(3) domain that stays live as long as the listing does.

  • Public verified supporter status you can use on your own site, your Google Business Profile, and in proposals.

  • A tax-deductible contribution receipt.

Sponsorship Beyond a Listing

Companies that want to do more than a listing can sponsor an event, a program, or the leadership training center project directly. Event sponsorship attaches your name to the JEPF Food & Wine Festival and our other festivals. Program sponsorship funds mentoring, supplies, and scholarships.

Corporate contributions are arranged directly. Call (240) 330-5127 or use the form below.

How a Business Joins

  • Submit your business through the application form. This is free.

  • We review it. Submitting does not guarantee a listing.

  • If approved, you receive a private payment link for the sponsorship contribution.

  • Once the contribution is received, your listing goes live as an official JEPF supporter.

Where the Money Goes

To the programs: books and supplies, scholarships, mentoring, leadership development, and the leadership training center JEPF is raising funds to build in Jamaica. JEPF's officers serve as volunteers and take no compensation.

Common Questions

How do I join the JEPF business directory?

+

Apply through the free submission form. JEPF reviews every business, and approved businesses go live after their supporter contribution is received.

Does JEPF endorse the businesses it lists?

+

No. A listing identifies a business as a supporter of the foundation. It is not an endorsement of that business's products or services.

Do I pay before or after approval?

+

After. Submitting is free, and payment is only requested once your business has been reviewed and approved.

Is a business sponsorship tax-deductible?

+

JEPF is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt.

Put Your Business Behind Something Specific

A listing costs less than a month of ads, and it pays for books and school fees for young people who have almost nothing.
